How do I restore my purchase?

Open MathZap, go to the Upgrade screen, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

What grades are free?

JK, SK, and Grade 1 are completely free. Grades 2–8 and Endless mode require MathZap Pro ($4.99 one-time purchase — no subscription).

How do I reset my child's progress?

Go to Parent Mode (tap the shield icon on the home screen, enter your PIN) and use the Reset Progress option.

I forgot my Parent Mode PIN. What do I do?

Email us at support@mathzap.app and we'll help you reset it.

Does MathZap collect my child's data?

No. All progress data is stored locally on your device only. We never collect or transmit personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for your purchase.
